By purchasing, the buyer agrees to the terms as stated. Sales are final and nonrefundable, and exchanges are only possible for apparel-related items (size). Items will be shipped in 1-10 days, unless otherwise stated. Purchases can be cancelled as long as I haven't dropped off the package.

What are the shipping options?

Orders with ONLY FLAT items such as photocards and sticker sheets will be shipped in stamped letter mail UNTRACKED, unless bulk purchases require the item to be packed with shipping (I will contact you if this is the case). Please allow 4 weeks before reporting possible loss. Contact me if you'd like an upgrade to tracking!

I cannot help with lost untracked packages, as there is no way to know its progress. While untracked allows for a cheaper shipping option, please acknowledge the risk with this method before purchase, and upgrade to tracking if necessary.

Orders with bulk items such as keychains will come with tracking by default.

What's the policy regarding packages returning to sender?

Please contact me if this happens.

I will resend the package; if the sendback is due to the buyer inputting the incorrect address then a shipping fee will be requested to cover the cost of a new label.

Only item price and tax will be refunded if buyer instead requests for a refund.

What if the item is lost or damaged?

I will do my best to assist with damaged/lost orders; however please note once the package is shipped it is out of my hands, and I am not responsible for package damage or loss caused by the shipping service.

Please make sure your address is correct to avoid loss or sending back of packages, as I will not provide refunds for these cases.

Upon arrival of the order, please inspect and contact within 3 days of delivery to report defects, missing items, damage etc. I will do the best I can to rectify! Photos of respective products may be requested.

Do you ship internationally!

Yes! Domestic and international orders are welcomed.

I will ship everywhere except Saudi Arabia as of now, as there have been record reports of lost packages. Deepest apologies for the inconvenience.
For UK buyers, please direct to my Etsy (currently down) as there is a more seamless process there to deal with VAT fees.
